8 years ago, Farida decided to take a step towards a healthier life. She had to admit that starving yourself to stay thin is not the smartest thing to do to your body. The day she entered the world of health and fitness, there was no going back. She was hooked! Today, Farida is a certified Crossfit Level 1 trainer and a nutritionist in the making, helping people transform their lives.
While maintaining her day job as a financial clerk, she somehow finds a way to balance between both. She also has a major soft spot for cheese fries that she wouldn’t overcome.
